12/02/2025 MASP: AES - Update Validatieregels

Op 19 februari wijzigen er een aantal Validatieregels in AES. Dit kan een impact hebben op je aangifteproces. De regels zijn nu al actief in de “ACC-Omgeving” en zullen dus volgende woensdag overgezet worden naar de “PROD-Omgeving”. Testing is dus mogelijk.

De  belangrijkste aankomende wijzigingen:

• B1857 - This rule has been reactivaded. Nature of transaction is forbidden in simplified declarations, in accordance with legal instructions
• B1887 - National deviation: statistical value is optional for simplified declaration. This is no longer limited to the bulk procedure.
• C0028 - National deviation: statistical value is required for declarations to special fiscal territories (CO)
• CLBE091 - Reintroduction of PLDA rule: nature of transaction needs to be expressed using 2 characters, except for the exceptional cases were the codelist does not provide that subdivision.
• EXBE044 - The location code is now verified via the VRE (already anounced in previous release notes)
• EXBE051 - National rule: statistical value needs to be strictly positive. 0 is not allowed
• G0276 - This is the fourth and final time that the region of dispatch is made mandatory. No more exceptions will be granted
